Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp sesame oil (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
  1. In a bowl, toss the broccoli and mushrooms with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Step 2: Air Fry
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Place the veggies in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until the broccoli is slightly crispy and mushrooms are tender.
