Ingredients
2 large potatoes (boiled and mashed)
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cornstarch

1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Water (as needed to form tdough)
Oil for frying

Instructions
Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, flour, cornstarch, parsley, garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and baking powder. Mix well until combined.
Form the Dough
Gradually add a small amount of water (if needed) and knead gently until you get a soft, smooth dough that doesn’t stick to your hands.
Shape and Cut
Lightly flour a surface and roll out the dough to about 1–1.5 cm thickness. Cut into small squares or rectangles.
Fry the Bites
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the potato pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy on all sides (about 3–4 minutes).
Drain Excess Oil
Remove from oil and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

Healthier Option: Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes or air-fry until golden for a lighter version.
