Ingredients:
🥔 Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
🥚 Eggs
🧀 Grated cheese
🍗 Cooked chicken (chopped)
🌿 Parsley
🧄 Garlic
🧂 Salt
🌶️ Black pepper
🥄 Flour
🧈 Butter / Oil
🔵 Instructions:
1️⃣ 🥔 Mash the potatoes until smooth
2️⃣ 🥚 Add eggs + 🧂 salt + 🌶️ pepper + 🧄 garlic
3️⃣ 🥄 Mix in flour little by little
4️⃣ 🟡 Spread the potato mixture into thin layers
5️⃣ 🍗 Add chicken + 🧀 cheese + 🌿 parsley
6️⃣ 🌯 Roll tightly into rolls
7️⃣ 🔥 Bake or pan-fry until golden & crispy
