Dinner or Dessert: Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Mashup?
Ingredients:
1 package of chocolate chip cookie dough
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup flour
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Press the chocolate chip cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the sour cream and flour until fully combined. Fold in the mini chocolate chips. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the cookie dough crust. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is almost set. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours. Serve chilled and enjoy this delicious chocolate chip cookie cheesecake mashup!
