- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk (240 ml)
- ½ cup vegetable oil (120 ml)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (about 250 g)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
- 1 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup diced mortadella or smoked turkey/ham
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)

- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and oil until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.
