My Christmas Nougats

Line a 9×13 baking pan with parchment paper, making sure the paper is hanging over all 4 sides.

Spray the parchment paper with cooking spray.

Ingredients:

4 Tablespoons butter

20 ounces mini marshmellows

4 cups white chocolate chips

2 cups of gum drops (I used red and green Dots candy, I cut each piece in half).

In a large bowl melt butter and marshmellows for 1 minute. Stir. Melt another 1 minute. Stir. Add white chocolate chips, melt 30 seconds, stir until smooth. Stop heating,

Mix in gum drops.

Pour nougat mixture onto the parchment paper. Spray your hands with cooking spray and press the nougat mixture evenly across the pan.

Refrigerate over night or at least 6 hours.

Turn out onto a cutting board, remove parchment paper.

I used a pizza cutter to cut the squares.

These will keep in the refrigerator for over a month.
