Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of ground cloves
- 1 cup of warm water
- (Optional) 1 teaspoon of honey
- (Optional) A few fresh mint leaves
Preparation Method:
- Boil one cup of water and let it cool slightly until warm.
- Add 1 teaspoon of ground cloves to the warm water.
- Stir well and let it sit for about 5–10 minutes.
- (Optional) Add honey for taste and mix again.
- (Optional) Add fresh mint leaves for extra flavor.
- Drink it once daily, preferably in the morning.
