Ingredients:
1 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary)
1 cup hot water
1–2 slices of fresh lemon
Optional: 1 teaspoon honey
Instructions:
Boil water and pour it into a cup.
Add the rosemary leaves to the hot water.
Let it steep for about 5–10 minutes.
Strain the tea to remove the leaves (if needed).
Add fresh lemon slices.
Sweeten with honey if desired.
Stir well and enjoy warm.
